Sunmaster
SunMaster is a 7.5 oz. Solution Dyed Polyester that is the perfect material for a variety of outdoor applications, most notably marine and outdoor living applications. All SunMaster fabrics are specially formulated to withstand the harshest elements mother nature can throw at it. With its excellent color fastness along with its mold and mildew resistance, this is an excellent choice for any job that requires a rugged but rich-looking fabric. While elegant, SunMaster is abrasion resistant, easy to clean, and environmentally friendly. Comes with a 5-year limited warranty. Color: Khaki Only
Sur Last (7 oz)
Sur Last can be used for many applications that require UV protection, including boat covers, bimini tops, boat storage covers, furniture covers, tonneau covers, luggage, and camping enclosures, just to name a few. Sur Last is a very colorfast protective material, and because it is solution- dyed, the colors will not fade or wash out. Sur Last stands up to wind, rain, pollutants, and chemicals that will make other fabrics fade. It has high UV, mold and mildew resistance, excellent tear and abrasion resistance. Uses: Grill Islands, Patio Furniture, Firepits, Equipment, Carts, etc. Backed by a manufacturer’s 3 limited warranty. Available colors: Sand.
Hydrofend
Hydrofend outperforms uncoated fabrics with up to six times greater water resistance while still retaining breathability. The marine fabric is made with solution-dyed polyester for improved outdoor performance and color retention. Built to tackle demanding applications, Hydrofend has a high break strength, tear strength, and double rub count. The unique solvent coating on the underside of the fabric blocks moisture, protects surfaces from abrasion, and prevents fraying. The face of the marine fabric features an attractive matte, woven look. Hydrofend coated fabric is resistant to cold crack and does not attract mold or mildew. This allows effective, long-lasting protection in any type of weather. Lightweight and functional, the fabric can be cleaned easily, even with bleach. Aqualon Edge is an exclusive marine fabric from presents Perfecta Marine® technology, the material brings superior heat reduction, heat reflection, and UV resistance. Aqualon Edge Soft
Aqualon Edge Soft’s design offers specialized protection on both sides of the fabric. The cover fabric grants the performance of Aqualon Edge with the protection of a soft warp-knit backing. Powered by Perfecta Marine® technology, the vinyl-coated polyester topside provides the best in heat reduction, heat reflection, and UV defense. The warp-knit polyester backing provides an abrasion-resistant surface that’s safe to use against delicate objects, critical painted surfaces, and sensitive gelcoats. The hybrid marine fabric keeps interiors cool and free from damage. Suited for aquatic conditions, the material is water repellent and mildew resistant. Marine Vinyl (28 oz)
Marine vinyl is water resistant, mildew resistant, and durable. This is the material of choice of the boating industry in making boat seats. It also contains mildew resistant chemicals, properties. This material holds up well under the toughest condition and cleans easily. Material has a 5-year limited warranty. Available colors: black, moonbeam (tan) and seal gray.
WeatherMax 3-D (takes shape) (7.2 oz)
WeatherMAX 3D utilizes the same fiber technology that has powered WeatherMAX fabrics to be durable with long-term UV and fade resistance. However, conventional marine fabrics are inherently dimensionally stable and therefore only move on two axes, causing significant problems in fitting difficult patterns or forms. The unique construction of WeatherMAX 3D produces high levels of elasticity to provide flexibility in three dimensions and form-fit virtually anything. Under tension WeatherMAX 3D stretches up to 20% and when tension is released it contracts to its original size. WeatherMAX 3D offers enhanced UV protection, water resistance, breathability and will form to fit any outdoor canvas imaginable. Firesist (Fire Retardant)
FIRESIST delivers a state-of-the-art combination of flame-retardant performance and UV resistance. FIRESIST fabric is woven from high UV and fade resistant solution dyed fiber with a proprietary coating and finish that results in superior weather, stain, mildew, and flame resistance. An exterior grade, waterproof marine. Made by combining Sunbrella® fabric with a textured marine grade vinyl. Ideal for boat tops and covers. Backed by a five-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. RecWater (Waterpoof) (16oz)
The RecWater canvases are made of solution-dyed acrylic fibers with PVC coating on one side, which makes it absolutely waterproof. The PVC coating is colored to match with the color of the acrylic, thus it is possible to combine the elegance of the acrylic fabric with PVC waterproof performance. 5-year limited warranty.
