1) What are your covers made of?
Below is a grid of the Material/Fabric we offer and their characteristics. We also carry other specialty materials, please our representative for additional information.

2) How can I place an order?

3) What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or checks. Please make check payable to Creative Covers Inc. 3638 W. 84th Street Chicago, IL 60652.

4) Will I be charged tax?
If you live in IL you will be charged sales tax. You will not be charged sales tax if you live in any other state.

5) Is there a warranty on the Covers?
We offer the material manufacturer’s 5 year limited warranty on the following materials/fabrics: Marine Vinyl, Sunbrella Canvas and WeatherMax.

6) What is your return policy like?
Since all orders are custom, due to color and dimension.   We have a no return policy.  But, don’t worry, we’ll make the cover to your exact specification.  If for some reason the cover does not fit, we’ll do alterations.  We’ve been in business for over 10 years and we’ve always stood by our product. 7) Do I pay the shipping charge if I decide to return the cover for alterations?
Yes, customer pays for shipping to get the cover back to use, unless the cover was returned due to our error.

8) We live in an area where it snows. Which material do you suggest?
We too (Creative Covers Inc) experience harsh weathers (Snow, Rain and Winds). Our 600 x300 Denier Polyester Canvas, Tyvek, WeatherMax and Sunbrella are excellent materials. Durability varies, please see material grid above.

9) How do you ship your covers?
Majority of our shipments are shipped UPS Ground service.

10) How long does it take to complete my cover?
Varies between 1-4 weeks. Please call for current turnaround time.

11) Can you put a rush on my order?
Yes. Our representatives will inform you on the around time of your order. If you require a rush on your order, there will be an additional charge.

12) If I gave you the specific dimensions of the furniture, do you make the covers a little bit bigger?
Correct. We ask our customers to provide us with the exact measurements and we’ll account for wiggle room approx ½” on each side.

13) Do you include fasteners to secure the cover?
Not all covers come with fasteners. Our cart covers (54” High) will come with one strip of Velcro along on corner of the cover, for easy installation. Extra charge for additional Velcro, Grommets or Snaps will apply.

14) Are your seams stitched or heat welded?
We stitch the materials using a high quality UV resistant thread, specifically made for outdoor use.

15) Does a patio table and chair canopy come with a hole for the umbrella?
Table and Chair canopies do not come with a hole. Additional $20.00 will apply for either a flat wrap or turtle neck wrap. See below.
